A. MYRACLE is an independently operated fashion editorial and styling business based in San Francisco, California. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to A. MYRACLE and its owner.
A. MYRACLE operates this website and provides fashion editorial content, styling inspiration, curated product recommendations, personal styling services, shopping guidance, and related features, tools, and services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
A. MYRACLE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide portions of the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.

The inclusion, mention, photograph, recommendation, or linking of a particular product, brand, designer, retailer, trend, or styling idea does not constitute a guarantee regarding quality, fit, sizing, availability, durability, value, performance, or suitability for any individual.
Fashion is inherently personal. You are responsible for determining whether a recommendation, product, purchase, or styling choice is appropriate for you.
Product information, prices, colors, sizing, and availability may change without notice.
SECTION 3. STYLING SERVICES
A. MYRACLE may offer paid styling services, including personal styling, wardrobe consultation, event styling, outfit curation, shopping guidance, wardrobe reviews, product sourcing, and related services.
The specific scope, price, timing, deliverables, and requirements for each styling service will be described on the applicable service page, booking page, checkout page, or other written communication.
Payment for styling services may be processed through Shopify.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price of a styling service does not include clothing, accessories, alterations, shipping, travel, third-party purchases, or other expenses.
Styling recommendations reflect A. MYRACLE's creative and professional judgment. We do not guarantee a particular appearance, outcome, fit, level of satisfaction, social response, or other result.
Clients are responsible for purchasing, returning, exchanging, maintaining, and caring for products recommended through a styling service.
All cancellations, rescheduling requests, revisions, and refunds for styling services are subject to our Styling Services Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SECTION 4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Prices for A. MYRACLE services may change at any time before purchase.
The price charged will be the price presented at the time your transaction is completed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes or third-party expenses.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted through the Services.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a transaction where permitted by law, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, technical errors, or pricing errors.
SECTION 5. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND RETAILERS
A. MYRACLE may feature or link to clothing, accessories, beauty products, home goods, or other merchandise sold by third-party retailers or brands.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products featured or linked through A. MYRACLE are not sold, shipped, fulfilled, or warranted by A. MYRACLE.
A purchase made through a third-party retailer is a transaction between you and that retailer.
Third-party purchases are subject to the retailer's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, shipping policy, return policy, warranty terms, and other applicable policies.
A. MYRACLE does not control and is not responsible for third-party:

SECTION 9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
A. MYRACLE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with A. MYRACLE.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and A. MYRACLE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with A. MYRACLE.
Purchases made directly from third-party retailers linked through A. MYRACLE remain transactions between you and the applicable third-party retailer.

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Because portions of the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services.
Information submitted through the Services may also be processed by other service providers used to operate A. MYRACLE.

We are not obligated to use, publish, compensate you for, or respond to submitted feedback.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.
Nothing on A. MYRACLE constitutes a guarantee that a particular garment, product, styling recommendation, retailer, or service will meet your expectations.
SECTION 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A. MYRACLE and its owner, affiliates, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

- Styling recommendations or decisions
- Purchases from third-party retailers
- Product sizing or fit
- Product availability
- Price changes
- Shipping or delivery
- Third-party websites or services
- Interruptions or errors affecting the Services
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 16. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless A. MYRACLE, Shopify, and their respective owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, or violation of the rights of another person.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Styling Services Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, and any additional terms provided in connection with a particular service, constitute the agreement between you and A. MYRACLE regarding use of the Services.
SECTION 20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Francisco County, California.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
SECTION 21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on this page with the date of the most recent update.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by law.
